Good condition (Pictures 1-4) Frames are good, all straps, pads, and pouches are in included and are in good condition.  All buckles/snaps are in working order. 
 
Surplus Condition (Pictures 5-9)- These are previous military issued gear. These bags are 100% used. Rucksacks will be dirty. They may have names written on them.  Faded pads and torn shoulder straps. Frames mays have a crack in them. Bags are functional and working, just not the prettiest.
